I have had problems with PDF Pro 10. I opened a service ticket because when I tried to edit PDFs, characters appeared out of nowhere and I couldn't delete them and then I received a message that I didn't have the font I was editing on my computer although I had done a lot of editing with the same font; you name it, it went wrong. They asked me to send the document to them. I did and got a response that they didn't have any trouble and sent me a screen shot of what I was supposed to do and... (read more)

I like very much this software. It is very friendly user, the conversion option is fantastic and works super fast. Editing a document is very easy even someone that is new to pdf documents can learn very quickly. The help index and contents are straight to the point and easy to follow. There is one suggestion that I have and that is I wish that when I add a sticky note that I wouldn't have to click twice for a text box to open up and have to go get the text box at the beginning of the... I like very much this software. It is very friendly user, the conversion option is fantastic and works super fast. Well, in the very beginning after Adobe -product I was very suspicious and especially after trying some no charge sw's....I just found this and tried...and what a surprise: everything works marveloussous like wit Adobe and lot cheaper....really worth for money. Ok, by downloading still Norton Internet Security like it, but as I've been told that's nothing to do with any threats in this sw, only lack of "white list" update of Norton. Seriously! I used to be distributing a Newsletter that I make using PowerPoint to a mailing list of 300 members, and it would take hours to send because of the huge filesize. Now I just create a PDF file and I save a good 2 hours every week because of it. Thanks guys! (read more)

“Excellent bang for my buck”

I used to use cutePDF to create PDF documents, but PDF Pro 10 has a bunch of other super useful tools, like adding passwords, and deleting images. I found the bates stamp a bit complicated to use, and I wish their help files were a bit more exhaustive, but overall I am happy with PDF Pro 10 :) (read more)

PDF has really evolved.The new PDF pro 10 has been revolutionized to make any pdf files be more accessible and more efficient to use. Extra features like the digital sticky notes and stamps are even added to make sharing of documents easy. I never write reviews, but PDF Pro 10 was awesome! I'm pretty sure this little program does a bunch of things you can't do with Adobe Acrobat. Being able to "send layers" backwards and forward made it up so easy to edith my PDF Files. The creation tool was really good too because it kept all the fonts from my original document (something I had been struggling with from the free PDF Printers I used to use). Anyway, I am very happy with PDF Pro, and you will be too! (read more)

PDF Pro 10 did everything I needed in a PDF application. I found it easy to use as well. I bought after trying it out for a few days, although I wish their trial did not insert that ugly watermark on all of the pdf files I opened with it, ugh. (read more)

I work for a small firm with 6 other people and we were pretty price sensitive. We tried out PDF Pro 10 along side 4 other PDF applications. A lot of them did the same thing, so we bought 6 licenses of this one because it was the cheapest. We actually saved a good $300 compared to the closest alternative which we shortlisted. (read more)

Hey all! This company asked me to write this review for them after I contacted their customer support. The license stopped working so they just gave me a new one. Anyway, I used to use like a dozen free programs and it was becomming a huge hassle. This one does pretty much everything I need it to do, oh, and they"re way cheaper than Acrobat. Thanks guys! I use PDF Pro 10 to create PDF files, secure them with passwords, and sometimes convert them back to Word. All in all, quite nifty. No complaints (read more)
“Can't ask too much”

I found PDF editor 10 on download.com and tried it out. it did most of what I wanted it to do, which was create PDF files from Word and a few PowerPoint presentations. I also wanted to fill out a form, but unfortunately it was super buggy and crashed. Also, you can't call anyone in the company and you need to fill out an online form to ask for help. They did reply within the day, which was nice. Anyway, I am overall satisfied with this application. ; (read more)

I like this program because it looks like an MS office program and I found it really easy to use. I found that it crashed of a few PDF files I tried opening. Support told me they would fix it and update it, so I guess I will wait. No other complaints apart from that (read more)

Given the price of the product my initial expectations were low. Having used it for 2 months I can confirm that PDF Pro 10 does everything the more well known (and expensive!) alternative programmes do - for PDF editing this is excellent value for money and works very well. great software to use, i was looking for an accurate PDF editor for my studies and i couldn't really find the right product that really satisfies my expectation, and after a lot of research I was unable to locate something so practical and i finally could complete what I needed for PDF's. i'm actually surprised PDF pro 10 does a lot of the things Adobe Acrobat does for about 20% of the price, and it is also rich in features and easy enough to use. i converted most of the files i need to word... PDF Pro 10 is excellent office software. When I first saw it, I mistook it for Adobe Acrobat, but it does almost everything Acrobat does for a lot less. The website often has discounts, which I strongly recommend you take advantage of. I also liked how I was able to lock my file with a password. I had trouble activating the software, though, and I had to contact customer support for help, which could only be done by email, but they resolved the problem, so I’m happy with the product. The new PDF Pro 10 is really easy to use and is user friendly. It had more features than the Adobe Acrobat. One of it's greatest points is its ability to convert any file into a .pdf format accurately. The only bad thing about this software was that I had difficulty in activating it and had to contact costumer support for extra help. Thanks! (read more)

PDF Pro 10 is a very intuitive interface that was very easy to work with. I figured out how to work with it within a nick of time. Converting any file to PDF correctly, it makes my work quick and easy. One thing that I liked the most about PDF Pro 10 was the ability to keep a password for each and every file that I got converted from doc. i was able to use this without hassles. The file I had converted was done accurately, so no issues there at all. Also, it really does everything that Adobe Acrobat could do, and it's only about 20% of the price! It did crash a few times though, but that was after 3 months already so it's fine. I did have to contact their customer support about that. They responded to my email right away, so all is well. (read more)

Hi, Its an Excellent software to use .It very user friendly interface which makes it easy to use.It is full of different features like you can Annotate, Markup and Collaborate at the same Time.The most useful and great feature is it allows me to secure my PDF documents with a password.They often have discounts on their website. I downloaded a trail version of PDF Pro 10 and was very pleased with how easy it was to review, edit and create PDF files. When my trail period was over, I decided to activate my copy. After purchasing the software and receiving my license I proceeded to activate my copy, however I recieved an "invalid License" error. I contacted support services and their very quick respond had my software loaded and working very, very quickly. Thanks! (read more)

“Good for the price”

I bought this online thinking it was Adobe Acrobat. It's actually a pretty decent PDF editor/creator that has a bunch of other features. It does not have OCR, and has a few bugs in it, but it's way cheaper than Acrobat. I paid $60 for it as they were having a sale, but I think they offer promotions quite often. My license stopped working for some reason after about 10 days, so I contacted customer support and they gave me a new one the same day. Overall a pretty good experience. (read more)
