Ordered 3 seater outdoor cushion worth £50 . Very poor quality after 2 weeks the cushion is already flat and shapeless. Colour is also different from the one we choose. looks more like pea green than Misty jade

There greenhouses are very weak arrived broken would no let me send it back unless re packed into same condition as arrived, said they were sending relacement parts that took weeks very flimsy and no head room auto window closers far cheaper in other places but not worth getting

I ordered this greenhouse from your company and it arrived just 4 days later. Every piece was labelled, including the screws and nuts, and there was an excellent instruction booklet which enabled me to put the greenhouse together in just a day. I only needed my son's help when putting the roof strut on (and I am a woman in my 60s who has arthritic thumbs!!). It couldn't have been easier.

Paid Garden Oasis to install shed supplied by them. Poor installation, doors not level to shed frame. I have supplied pictures, measurements and many emails detailing issues but in my opinion Garden Oasis just want to blame installation company who do not seem to be capable of resolving the situation.

Hi, Garden Oasis delayed my order for more than 2 weeks cause they run out of the fence panel I've ordered and couldn't cancel my order as kept promising the delivery was about to arrive. They never call me to inform me about any updates as nobody seem to interest. They even hung up the phone on me. I will call this company "Garden Hell" instead.

they had to honour free shipping on my order which they didn't like doing. They then delayed my order even though there was no such delay with the manufacturer. They then advised me I could cancel the order if I wanted and if it was going to be a problem for me! It was blatantly obvious they wanted to cancel the order rather than ship for free - especially as the order was on the last stage of production and practically ready for despatch. I called them out on their agenda and told them I would put an online review up - they took it as a threat and cancelled the order!! They then claimed the order was not genuine but had received threats! (yes - from a non genuine customer!) They are now being handled legally for breach of contract. Always best to use a large company - excellent after sales care at least which is what you want as a consumer.

I purchased a Rangoon 3 seater bench last July. Delivery was very prompt and we were pleased with the product. It was used in the summer for 2 months before being stored in a garage over the winter. In May it was reinstated in the garden and we were disappointed to find several cracks in the wood. The most noticeable one is in the piece that connects the arm to the seat. The crack is almost 3in long and 3inches wide going right through to the other side. Further down on the same piece of wood there are other narrow but longer 6ins cracks running vertically down on both sides. After several e mails, 12 days ago Garden Oasis, sent images of the problem areas to the manufacturer for advice. We hope to hear the outcome soon.

I needed a replacement gate for one which had been used for 30 years made by my late husband. This new gate is a perfect match and built to the same high standard with excellent finish. The timber is of good quality and the cross braces add to the stability of the whole gate. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and would recommend the company to others who require first class service.

Whilst l am nervous about ordering on line (faceless and unknown companies ) garden oasis were quick to confirm my order and updated the process, the next day, delivery was less than the 5 days quoted. Very impressive and gives me confidence to use them again. Well done to them.

Item was delivered quickly, when assembling it was noticed that there was a manufacturers fault on one part. I phoned garden Oasis, who were very helpful and had two replacements sent promptly. No fuss. I would use them again.

Before we actually purchased our raised pond we made phone calls asking for information, these were handled efficiently and all questions answered. When we placed the order, again it was handled efficiently, prompt delivery was promised and the pond was delivered exactly as agreed, ordered Friday, delivered the following Tuesday. Oasis kept us fully informed as to the progress of our order and charged us £70 less than we would have paid had we bought direct from the manufacturer! We would be more than happy to deal with Oasis again in the future and would thoroughly recommend them.

Ordered this shed a month ago and I am still waiting for it to be installed. The installation team have not returned calls when they are supposed to and are very inflexible with dates. I emailed Garden Oasis to help me, but they gave me the impression it was my fault for not being available on the one day offered so far.

I have been wary about on line buying, but garden oasis is brilliant , the staff are so helpful and don't rush you , the gates I have bought are beautiful and will make my driveway and garden stand out , would recommend garden oasis anytime thank you look forward to ordering again with utter confidence
