After receiving my order I found the fixtures and fittings were missing. I emailed requesting a replacement and received an email back apologising and stating one would be sent out to me - great I thought. Two weeks later I was still waiting after numerous phone calls, promises of delivery or call backs to explain. I had different team members giving my different details - it was sent out straightaway, no it was four days later, it will be couriered next day, no it was sent in the standard post. I have today just received the pack only to find its incomplete so I still can't assemble it. I have all the rest of the kit and my clothes lying around the place. I dont want to wait anymore. This could and should have been sorted straghtaway.

We do have numerous procedures in place to ensure that all parts are present and correct, so it is disappointing to hear otherwise. If an item does arrive with any parts missing then we are more than happy to send these as soon as possible to the customer.
We do pride ourselves on providing a first class level of customer service. It doesn't sound like you received this level of service on this occasion. If you could please provide me with your order reference number and I will be sure to investigate this further to ensure this is not repeated in future.
