This course (Property Development Level 3) is a great starting point for anybody thinking of getting into property development for either a career or sideline. The syllabus starts from the very basics and takes the student through to the more important aspects of management including how to establish a business. If you already own and manage property this course may seem a little basic in parts but nonetheless it provides a very strong foundation and imparts some very useful hints and reminders.
The assessment structure allows the student to focus on what they have learnt and whilst worthy of thought and planning is not too arduous to is easily managed around existing commitments.
Whilst I did not use the tutor heavily it was good to know that should I have needed to he was there to assist and clarify any questions I had.
