As a total beginner, I have been really impressed with the quality of training materials, the style, the speed of replies and everything about this course. The combination of study with assessments works really well and it is broken into easy bite size pieces so I could stop and start when it suited and work intensively at other times without having to wait for information to be sent to me. I am so impressed I am about to sign up to do the Level 3 course.
