This is a concise course which contains very interesting information about the history of journalling, shows you how it is different from a simple diary, shows you the devices that can be used in journalling and the benefits you can get out of it- therapeutic and creative. I would recommend this course to everybody interested in getting get rid of some "baggage" and clarifying their goals. Very strongly recommended to persons engaged in counselling or coaching as it can be easily taught to clients and will be definitely very useful to them to work on their own.
