Started this course as another tick box exercise whilst I wait for my big break but soon found it to be thought provoking and challenging. I would recommend this as CPD for any sporting NGB, making all coaches aware of the myriad of roles and disciplines they are expected to undertake with any given appointment. All the learning is in one easy to understand textbook but many of the essay questions require practical experience to answer. A positive learning journey for me overall although sometimes not an easy one with some hard and honest self appraisals. I will definitely make lifelong learning a lifestyle choice and am already looking at which course to take next. Maybe the same sort of thing , maybe completely different.
