Lessons that will last a lifetime

I started studying with Oxford Open Learning at the beginning of Key Stage Three, and was instantly impressed with both the coursework material and the tutors I was assigned. I carried on studying with OOL throughout the years and I am now in my last year of A-levels, having achieved very high grades in subjects that came naturally to me, as well as those that did not. Apart from helping me achieve these grades, my tutors taught me how to fall in love with a subject and turn it into a hobby. This was especially the case with my English teacher, who helped me transform from someone who disliked English, to someone who is now proud to call herself a writer and hopes to write professionaly. To conclude, studying with Oxford Open Learning gave me a thorough understanding and appreciation of a large range of subjects and taught me how to embrace the quest for knowledge, a lesson that will last a lifetime.
