“waste of time and money”

registered for a course and asked how long I would have to complete it
I was told I could take as long as I wanted so I submitted my essays which came back with good marks but no comments
I had a query about my final essay and e mailed them about this, I was told the course had closed
I asked why my essays had been marked and why no one had told me the deadline for the work
they just kept sending me e mails saying as an existing student i could have 15% off next course!
so I have spent a lot of money and done a lot of work for nothing
they do not provide a service and I would advise anyone to steer well clear of them

When I resisted for level 3 in diet and nutrition I was told the course was a one year course and it also says this on their website. Yet because I needed more time as family circumstances changed and they let me extend the course for 8 weeks. I don't know of any college that let you do a course in as long as you want.
