Well supported home study

I found the initial advice very good on which course to study and the advisor had a thorough understanding of the course. I had not personally studied in 14 years and found it a little daunting, however the courses are well structured, with good written course material and good support from mentors and tutors. The assessment criteri for the course was easy to follow, although some of the tutors give very little constructive feedback for improving the assignment submissions. Although you are given a tailored study plan, you can actually work through the modules in the order you want and complete assignments much quicker than the plan. Referencing I found a major issue as I had not ever done this before. More information could be provided on this as it is very confusing. The payment scheme works very well to fit around the study program and makes it very flexible to enable study. I have now signed up for a more advanced CIPD course having passed this level 5 CIPD course, again with ICS. I would and have recommended them friends. I wish more content (study books) were available as e-books as I travel a lot and the books are heavy to travel with.
