Poor service, poor product, prolific liars.
Their study material consisted of poorly xeroxed bunch of incoherent papers, and a book which you can probably probably pick up for a £1 in some 1980's themed book store.
Suggest you read their T's & C'ees to familiarise yourself with their view of both their product, and how they'll "come and getcha" if you dare to walk away (never seen a company outlining how you'll be punished in as much detail, clearly indicative that ICS themselves think that their product stinks, at best).
Don't be fooled by the textbook good reviews here - they seem to pop up one after another in a day (no company is that good!) - smells of an attempt to hide the actual reviews- seldom any of which describe a good experience.
Cancellation is impossible - phone calls forgotten, letters not received (Royal Mail must have some magic black hole where all letters addressed to ICS disappear). Excuses so poor.
Had no choice but report them, they've broken so many laws it'd make Carl Gugasian proud. For legal reasons will not divulge more information but will keep you posted if possible.

To ICS: you had many opportunities to put things right, please refrain from posting any replies here, and do not attempt to make any contact. Thank you.

Thank you for your review and for your valued opinion. We would really like to get further details to allow us to look into the areas of concern and strongly recommend that you or your representative gets in touch with our team as soon as possible.

We do have a standard cancellation policy in place which follows the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 in which the right to cancel starts seven working days from the day after the course materials are delivered. However, as a business we have extended the right to cancel to ten working days after delivery of materials.

The feedback you see on here is reflective of the experiences of our students (both good and bad) and we can assure you that the information provided on here is legitimate. We encourage our learners to post reviews on this site to help us improve our services as well as obtain feedback on their experience.

With your reply you've demonstrated your lack of common courtesy, flaunted the arrogance and ignorance with which you conduct yourselves.
You were asked not to reply but you couldn't resist, once again dmonstrating your superciliousness.
You don't seem to understand the basic level of English; "Had no choice but report them" doesn't mean there'll be "a representative" getting in touch.
You have broken the law on numerous occasions, that is reflected in many reviews both here and other forums. How disillusioned are you, thinking that people are of an opinion that you're a respectful business? If you were, there would never be a need for a "representative"!

Read the view again, and try to engage the cognitive side to understand what's written. In Laymans terms - your material is useless. You refuse to accept responsibility, you refuse to acknowledge the law, you conveniently "don't receive" letters etc etc. You come across as a massive trickster, end of.
