I found ICS great, I had a Fantastic Course. A friend of mine was using another home learning company, I looked online into the course I wanted to do, I found ICS. ICS, i felt was offering a better service and also offered the desired CACHE qualification i needed, which is one of the desired qualifications for a Teaching Assistant role. I phoned ICS and booked the course. I recieved a great resource pack through the post from ICS everything I needed was included. The ICS team were always available and always responded quickly to any queires I had. their website was great with further resources. On completion of the first 2 assignments I recieved the next part of the course pack promptly and was never waiting around for information. I was able to get an extention for the latter part of my course as we planned a holiday so i didnt need to stress that the deadline was looming. The ICS tutor always returned my assignments quickly which was fantatsic incase i needed to re-do any part, and always made appropriate comments and I felt that if needed I could contact them about any part of the course. I am more than happy with the resources and customer service I received from ICS and would definatley use ICS for the next step for me which would be completion of CACHE Level 3.
