I bought two courses. One was fine, but the other wasnt anything like what i was told. I had asked if i can choose my own exam centre (one dowen the road) But i wasnt allowed. I explained that i couldnt get to the ones they set-but tough luck. So i sent it back, admittedly i should have sent it recorded but they had annoyed me and i wasnt thinking staight.
So i get on with the first course, which wasnt good at all-hard to understand no real suppport from the tutor and unintresting. i was relying on thier course book which i could have got for £20. I could have just got that a learnt the same, Had to do lots of outside work to make sense.
Few days later i called and asked if they had my course back, no they didnt. I contuined to do this for about a month (maybe more) and they denied having it. I even spoke to the manager who was very rude. The staff were horrid.
Eventually it turned out they "found" it.
I wouldnt use again-ever!! Youd be better off reading a book about your subject. Or get a college course.
