I enrolled in the ICS Photography course and started the material online. The hardcopy material did not arrive until much later after the initial date I signed up. I quickly discovered that the course material was extermely outdated. I enrolled in a photography course in 2011 but the material was obviously written in the 1970's. There was no mention of digital cameras or computers at all. The cameras they used in the material was an old manual rewind one!!!!What- unbelievable!!!I think the very last unit was on digital cameras(obviously added on at the end to justify the entire course!!!). It was horrible and I tried to contact the school to cancel but got no response. When I finally got in touch with someone, I got the run around. This is the worst course material I have ever seen. I DID NOT SIGN THE ENROLLMENT PAPERS and although they sent me a bill for the cancellation fee-I will not pay. The $29 enrollment fee was more than enough to pay for the garbage I was sent.
