“1 month and still no materials.”

The initial sign up was good but so far they have failed to get the course materials to my partner they use yodel which is a mistake in its self. Today she asked them to use a new delivery company which they won't do. Several times she emailed them and has no response. The On-line course materials seem good but it's frustrating when the stuff you pay for never seems to arrive. Overall its a bit of a mixed bag and defiantly a D- for service must do better in future.
