complete and utter disgrace. Asked for callback 4 times and not had any calls. do yourself a favour and book through main CITB website. Test and card with CITB is about £45, with these clowns it's £90.
so in a nutshell I'd rather sit on a rusty nail than go through this again....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!,!!, ,
