We had protect solutions install our alarm system about six months ago now, and cannot fault this company in anyway. They have really gone beyond our expectations including advising us on how to install our own locks to safe some money. All I can say is they installed the alarm at a very reasonable cost, they have done their maintenance visit as promised and the system just works. That’s what you want right? We have recently moved into our house and called several companies to see what we can do with our existing alarm system. We had them out and all said we needed to install a new system, we also had the company out who installed it previously who tried to charge me £275 call-out to reset and demo the system to us. We have had our system installed for about two months now, and I promised the salesman that I would reccomend Protect Solutions to everyone once I was sure what I have bought and are happy. I searched the web for home security and got overwhelmed by security companies offering all different systems at all different prices. Protect Solutions were ok during the sales and installation phase however we have had on going issues with the alarm for a number of months that have resulted in the alarm monitoring service being inoperable at times. Requests to have a service engineer assess the cause of the issue have been unsuccessfully met by Protect Solutions (read more)

I have just had my home secured by an alarm system that is monitored 24 hours a day by the alarm company. it was really good value its mine to keep at the end of the contract and I only pay 14.99 each month. (read more)

I am having the same problem with them. There are calls being made from my home phone to their monitoring centre and on one day there were 22 calls made. there are all charged because they are not made during my free time package. call to John and Will have been unsucceessful and they sitll cannot resolve the problem.
