“NOT PREFERED!”

Would not trust this company. They advertise they are an acredited company with SSAIB. They use hard pressure sales toward the eldery. This company lie about monitoring your system and have recently disapeared from their offices in Cardiff and cannot be contacted for a face to face requested interview. If you are looking for a security system for your home DO NOT USE PREFERED! (read more)

“I Am Concerned”

I am writing this in the hope that a member of your customer services department will somehow read it. I bought a Preferred Security alarm system last week because it appeared to be a very thorough system offering us a real sense of security. Yesterday we had a problem with the alarm - my husband forgot to switch it off when he came down the stair, but I'm glad he did because we discovered that the alarm did not activate for nearly 15mins and only then when I opened the conservatory door... You never can be too careful when choosing an alarm system as it is what you depend on to keep your family safe. Over the years my family has owned various alarm systems, the ones that you put the code in, wait for the beeps then leave. I have always been sceptical of these systems and in my opinion they aren’t worth the money and constantly false alarm the system I purchased from Preferred Security is quite the opposite a monitered alarm system has made my family feel safe in the day time... What is important to you, quality or quantity? Let me put it this way, in regards to home security surely quality is the only detail you should be seeking? Who would be stupid enough to sacrifice quality of the product for it to only fail and not work in an emergency when you needed it the most? So if you find yourself in a similar place to me, needing a great security system don’t choose quantity, choose quality, and choose Preferred Security! Its reputation speaks for itself! (read more)
