On 09/08/19 I’ve contacted customer service to report Risco alarm issue. I was told same day, that as soon as alarm panel comes online someone will do a remote check. Alarm panel goes on and off many times during every day, so there was opportunity to do some checks. In two weeks’ time nothing improved, so I’ve contacted customer service again. On 22/08/19 I was told that site visit needed, and they will come back to me with engineer availability shortly. On 27/08/19 I’ve contacted customer service again, as no one was in touch in 5 days’ time. I was told that Risco engineer for my area is back from holidays next week and will be in touch to arrange a visit as soon as he’s back. 3!!! weeks later, on 18/09/19 I’ve contacted customer service again to find out when finally, my problem will be fixed. Today is 26/09/19 – my problem not solved. No one interested to fix it. 6 weeks gone… Very poor customer service!!

Just want to thank the gentleman (sorry, I did not catch his name) who helped us on the weekend when our alarm had a problem. Our alarm company was closed for the weekend and we didn't know who to turn to when the alarm started beeping. He patiently helped us identify the problem,, even though we were not their customer and gave us a temporary solution until we could get hold of our alarm company. Thank you once again.

Absolutely fantastic job from the whole team. We have used them for a while now. Every engineer is courteous and helpful. Special thanks to the lady who talked us through when we called on Sunday about the warning beep.

From initial call to discuss options to engineer visit to finalise alarm and install the system on the day, everything was done professionally and now I have an alarm fitted with 10 year warranty. Really pleased with the product and service.

We moved into our new home which already had a Yale alarm fitted and we needed some help with learning how to use. Fitted Home Alarms sent an engineer to us on the same day we called them up, the engineer reset the alarm to put new codes for us, set the alarm to call us and also did a service for us. He knew the product inside out and even gave us keyfobs so that we can operate the alarm from our bed now. Excellent service and great value for money! Highly recommended!

We faced some problems with the Yale alarm we tried to self install and it was constantly going off. We found Fitted Home Alarms on the internet and called them one sunday evening, and surprised that someone answered the phone. Man I spoke to on phone was very patient and extremely helpful. The engineers were efficient and set the alarm with features we didn't even know it had. It's been 2 weeks and it has worked perfectly well. We called twice to clarify further doubts and each time, all our questions were answered patiently and correctly. We would definitely recommend this company!

Hello I had my alarm fitted on 14 January 2015. The engineer came on time which was good, I am so happy now.... BUT..... 1. I have notice that he had put up sensors in the both rooms near the radiators which gives out a lot of heat. if you read the booklet it directly tells you not to put sensors near the radiators. Can you get out a engineer to rectify this if possible or can you advise me on this matter. 2. Also not much features/demonstration was shown to me, just the basic. in and out and panic button. if the alarm was to go of I wouldn't know what to do. I WOULD LIKE SOME ONE TO COME AROUND AND MOVE THE SENSORS AT THE APPROPRITE LOCATION PLEASE. thank you for all your help and time. keep up the good work. I look forward hearing from you.

We had some problems with our Visonic Alarm fitted by a local chap, who was on holiday and hence needed some urgent help. We found Fitted Home Alarms on the internet and they arranged a service and one of the engineers stopped the annoying beeping over the phone within 5 minutes and then did the service within 2 days. They did a full check up and showed us a lot of features we didn't know our alarm had. Good service!

I needed an alarm that worked well whilst not activating when my dogs were outside. The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and an appointment was arranged. The fitter turned up 5 minutes early and was quick and could answer any queries I had. Highly recommended!

I don't normally bother with reviews. But, this one deserves special mention! We had our alarms fitted in September last year by Fitted Home Alarms. The prices were already in the website and was cheaper than a lot of other competitions, whole process are smooth and we had a working alarm within 3 days of our initial enquiry. What really impressed us was, there was a problem with one of our keyfobs, that we did not report till last week, which was just few days before the end of our alarm's warranty and they replaced it for us with no fuss. Brilliant Customer service, we will use them again!

The staff at Fitted Home Alarms were wonderful. I wanted to have an alarm system put in for a while, once I contacted Fitted Home Alarms everything worked, they were responsive, provided me with understandable and competitive pricing, educated me on different system options and their installation staff were very professional.I am one happy satisfied customer. they were on time, very professional, courteous and cleaned up so nicely after they were done. They answered all my families questions, gave us a very good demo. More than happy with their efficiency and overall standards. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy security installation.

Good customer service on the phone and good website. Prices fair and simple. Booked Monday, came Wednesday and fitted system in 90 minutes. Installers were polite, on time and efficient and explained everything well. Good alarm system that provides peace of mind. Call centre happy to answer questions and talk you through things. No pressure selling and reliable, friendly staff. Wireless system, no mess, easy to use. I would recommend this firm to others and would use again. Worth the money.

Very good job, from start to finish. The sales person was very patient on phone, so was the engineers who visited. They answered all my questions and made sure I was completely happy with the system before they left. All their prices were clear and as published on the website. Excellent service. Had the system for over a month and it works absolutely fine.

we are going on holiday tomorrow and wanted an alarm fitted today. Spoke to a very helpful guy on phone last night by 7 he called me back with a cconfirmaion and we had the system fitted this morning. Fitters were nice and explained everything slowly. The alarm is set to call us up on our phones when we are away. Super fast service. Thank you.

My order on-line was dealt with efficiently, however despite a promise by the office, a specific request to alert the fitting engineer of a particular requirement was not carried out, which was disappointing. The fitting team arrived very promptly at the pre-agreed time and the two Guys were very pleasant and efficient. The Visonic PowermaxComplete user guide is a very complex document, but the kit itself looks simple and well finished.

An excellent experience from start to end. Highly knowledgable and friendly engineers. Top of the range products. I bought the alarm forst followed by a full cctv set up. Great after care service and have already reccomended to my friends who have had the same level of service and care. Will definitely use again.
