“Do not use these untrustworthy suppliers”

I returned a lock that my joiner advised was unsuitable a month after I recevied it. Discount Locks refused to refund the price I paid becasue I had not returned it within 7 days. They offered to sell it on my behalf. I heard nothing from them for 12 months. I asked for the lock to be returned to me. They could not find it and will not offer any compensation. Having sent an email to communicate their decision they immediately blocked my emails without any further conversation. A one star... (read more)

I ordered a lock on the Discount Locks website - at checkout I received an error message saying "Order not processed". I received no e-mail notification so quite rightly assumed that the order had not gone through. I was amazed when two days later the lock was delivered. As I had bought a lock from another website (Ironmongery Direct which I can highly recommend) I arranged to return the lock which I did by recorded delivery. “Sold me something they didn't have”

I bought a lock from their website. They gladly took the money from my credit card and then told me the item was not in stock and was no longer manufactured. I then got an email telling me that the refund process could take 28 days! Absolutely appalling. I have just checked the website and they are still advertising this product for sale 3 weeks after they told me they couldn't supply it. (read more)

I purchased locks for discountlocks.co.uk via phone they sent me wrong locks i returned them but refused to replace or refund, I even sent Royal mail proof of delivery still refused to refuse keep away from this company don't trust them (read more)
