ADT Always there... & where is There ????

We have just had a monitored ADT alarm installed... What a nightmare, the engineer left a hell of a mess. then the alarm would not disarm.. i actually had to take it off the wall to silence it. ADT never rang. so i rang them and asked if there was a fault with my alarm. they said we have a detection, and all the sensors in the house have detected movement, also shows the tamper has gone off. but we figured it was you so didn't phone. So burglars don't tamper with the alarm to silence it then ???
Now a couple of weeks in i receive a bill for 3 months charges up front, that was never explained to us. we were told the first months payment would be in May and the monthly payments were £28.00 so why 3 months charges up front..
We are so fed up already, wish we had gone elsewhere. cant believe the hassle we have had.
Oh and the keyring fobs only work on the remote keypad, not on the alarm box its self. which is terrible if one of you work nights and take the key fob to the bedroom at night. because your partner has to fumble around entering the alarm code.. something they omit to tell you, but i have requested a second key fob, but have not heard anything about it..
