Terrible service

Stay clear. I cancelled my contract (out of the initial contract period) due to a not being able to use the system for over a year due to a problem that they wouldn't come out & sort & they are still trying to invoice me & sending threatening letters 9 months later. Your supposed to get an annual service - I didn't get one in 5 years & paid extra for the sensors be set for dogs & the dogs still used to set the alarm off.
