we paid for a monitored alarm system, after waiting two weeks for it to be fitted we beleived our property was being monitored, it wasnt as the system was not functioning correclty (their words) we agreed to ADT fitting a new system (really an old system engineer told us) and now we believe the system to be working but have had problems with the bills. we are constantly being billed for pet sensors that do not work. 3 letters i have wrote have been ignored and the numerous telephone calls i have made to ADT do not reslove the problem yet the staff asure us the matter will be dealt with.

if buying use your credit card and do not let ADT take a direct debit (again use credit card or cheque)
wish i had read reviews first. doh
