DO NOT TOUCH ESURE HOME INSURANCE WITH A BARGE POLE

Absolutely rubbish, really unhelpful staff who don't listen to anything I say or the assessors say.

I have had a leak from the upstairs flat, their bath seal was not properly sealed. Esure will not even try and claim on the flat upstairs insurance because they say they will probably not win unless I can prove negligence ( how do I do that? ). I think it would be perfectly obvious that the seal did not fit properly, underneath their bath the floor boards were completely rotten, so clearly been happening for sometime.

Esure have refused to give me alternative accommodation even though not 1 but 4 assessors have said that it is unhealthy to live in the flat, with massive noisy drying machines and dehumidifiers not to mention the fact that the builders left me with only a kitchen sink to wash in, a couple of days I could manage but 3 months really!!

Esure do not communicate with anyone so much so that I've had to wait for 3 weeks from the property being declared dry to when the builder can come and restore my walls and ceiling.

My saga with Esure goes on but I will never ever use them again for any type of insurance. If you are wise enough to be reading reviews on them I trust you won't either.
