My home insurance is with Sheila's Wheels. Nice and cheap. When I went to make a claim I found that Sheila's Wheels was "created" by esure, so the claim was handled by them. On 12th April I reported that my son had taken my mobile phone swimming LITERALLY! At this stage I wasn't going to make a claim, we were hoping to dry it out. On 16th April I phoned them back to say that the phone was dead. I had shopped around for a replacement phone. Carphone Warehouse had it for £499 but I found my phone on sony ericsson's own website for £225. Well, esure snapped my hand off at that because with the £100 excess they only had to pay me £125 !! I have no gripe with that. It is in the documentation and on both telephone calls I was made aware of that. My cheque for £125 arrived today 20th April.
On the first call the chap was chirpy, on the second call the bloke sounded bored lol. Having said that, both times they were efficient which is all I ask for.
