we were burgled in november, i am registed disabled and stress makes it worse. after making a claim we were passed to gab robbins they came out looked round our house and told us we were under insured we were not claiming any where near what we were insuered for, gab robbins told us for dvd`s we should be insured for £10 pound each dvd and £15 FOR BLURAYS we had not had any stolen and if we had the insurance would not pay at that price they would pay £2- £4 pound each. we sent emails to gab robbins and tesco they did not reply once so we started sending letters which took weeks 4 them to reply to. they have made us an offer way under what we have claimed for. so we are now going to the ombudsman.they do not realise the stress this has put on us it was bad enough having the burglary. i would not recomend to anyone to use them .
