Once my claim had been passed to SBS, notifications regarding replacements, were quickly received via e-mail. Where an unsuitable adequate replacement was suggested a suitable alternative was e-mailed quickly. Where we requested an Upgrade suitable alternatives provided almost immediately.

Overall an excellent experience at a difficult time.
