straightforward handling & courteous attitude

Having paid for home insurance for years and years but never having claimed, I was nervous as anything about how this first claim was going to be addressed.... To my surprise and delight it couldn't have been easier!....I'd say that within a week of my first phone call they had all the details they needed and an offer was emailed to me. All I had to do was phone through to pay my excess and that was it....

Haven't a clue if this will affect my future premiums, and tbh that's why I've never bothered claiming before, but then I thought hey! this was an expensive laptop that got stolen so I'm going to claim for once!

It helps your claim if you can have all the spec of the items you're claiming for so I'm so glad we kept the original box in the loft.... I didn't have my purchase receipt anymore but the details I was able to provide were enough....

Overall, I am happy and delighted with my experience and can thoroughly recommend SBS insurance services with hand on heart.... :)
