Following a postal flyer from you quoting a potential premium for buildings and conteants insurance, I thought that I would call and give you a try. The experience was very positive - thorough questioning by a pleasant agent resulting in a very competitive quote. I receieved full details of the policy by e-mail shortly after the call which confirmed that the cover met my requirements

What a surprisingly pleasant experience. After receiving a letter suggesting that my current home insurance policy amount could be undercut I decided to put your company to the test. The call was answered fairly promptly by a charming young man named (name removed) not only was he friendly, clear and concise on the information he was providing me with and in a confident and professional manner he was also able to save me a considerable amount of money. I would rate the experience as 10/10 and would definitely recommend Policy Expert to friends,family and acquaintances.
