When looking to renew my home insurance my previous insurer increased my premium considerably despite the fact that we have never made a claim. Policy Expert wrote to me about this time suggesting that they could halve the cost and fix this for 2 years. When I compared like for like the cost was about three quarters of my previous company but this still saved me a lot of money and the fact that the cost is fixed for the second year providing that there is no claim really appeals to me.
