Very suspicious. 248 glowing reviews of Policy Expert insurance. And yet I can't find one from anyone thats had to make a claim off them. For me thats the acid test!

Yes its wonderful that they are cheap and the staff are so helpful and courteous at taking your money but until I read some positive reviews from people who have claimed and found the claims process wonderful as well I'm steering clear.

Hello - I completely agree that how a claim is handled is key to the service offered to our customers and welcome any review regarding our claims handling processes and service level.
You have made a valid point and although all our customers are aware of the review centre we will look at how we can encourage those who have had to make a claim to write a review. Thanks
