Service is generally good but auto renewal process does not work well
No renewal information received and auto renewal money taken a week before policy is due even though I never asked for auto renew. Charged for items I did not want however when phoned the appropriate refunds were given.
I have asked again to ensure auto renew is not enabled Churchill now need to wait a year to see as no formal acknowledgement that this has been done.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review today, I am sorry to hear this has happened. 30 days prior to an automatic renewal we would send you several renewal reminders via email and post to advise you of the renewal price, cover levels and date of payment. During this time you are able to 'opt-out' of the automatic renewal process so I would like to apologise if you did not receive these.
