Having decided to rent out my property, I called today to get a new buy-to -let policy from Policy Expert after previously having a residential policy beforehand. I appeared to be speaking to a badly informed man from a call centre in South Asia. Firstly he didn't even know if the company did buy-to-let policies (he had to go and check. He asked questions that I was not able to know the answer despite my new tenant having passed all the tenant referencing checks. He was not prepared to listen to me and I ended up cancelling my existing policy with Policy Expert

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear the service you have received was not of our usual high standard. Our call centre is UK based only as we do not outsource any of our calls, I am keen to look into this as soon as possible. Where further training is required we will always provide this.
