Nearly all of the positive reviews are about taking out a new policy which does not give you much of an insight as to how good Policy Expert are at customer service & most importantly dealing with a claim. I renewed a policy & emailed them on 3 separate occasions asking for the documents to be posted. Each request was ignored, which makes me wonder how helpful they would actually be if they needed to be contacted regarding a claim. I have since seen many terrible reviews on social media which really worry me. So far I have NOT experienced good customer service, and you only really know how good or bad they are if you need to claim.
