I changed to you because I thought you would give me the best deal. When I gave all my details and explained what I wanted, I was very specific but your rep made a mistake. I telephoned and asked that the error be corrected. Another rep said that she would phone me in 2 days time which would give her time to verify the error and rectify it. SHE NEVER PHONED ME BACK. I have telephoned again and the error hasn't been corrected and I am still waiting.
It was also never explained to me that if I gave my e-mail address I would not be sent my Policy Document. I do not have a printer and so requested a hard copy. I AM STILL WAITING.
