The policy was purchased over the phone. When the documents arrived both my first name and surname had been spelled incorrectly - the surname particularly bore little resemblance to my actual name.
The customer service agent who handled the complaint was very polite and solved the problem quickly. However, this review request was again addressed incorrectly.
