Well done for taking the initiative to telephone clients 2 months prior to renewal, ensuring we are happy, solidifying business and, unlike some companies, the renewal premium did NOT shoot up after our first years premium having hooked the fish.
Having to check the existing cover and terms of business, although tedious, does ensure we are insured correctly. Touch wood, we have never had to claim, but in that event hope the service will be as good.
