I took out a home insurance policy online but had not received a copy of the documents by email. I needed proof of cover so, I called and spoke to a guy JM4, and he was extremely helpful. He said that he would put me on hold whilst he sorted it out. The music was pleasant whilst I was waiting (which with some companies isn't) I wasn't waiting long, he came back after a few minutes. He told me it was all sorted and that the documents will be emailed within the next 5 minutes - and they were! Super service and I will be recommending One Call to others. Thank you.
