Easy to apply and download the documents. The documents were confusing in so far as they stated that accidental damage and legal assistance was not covered yet the covering letter from One Call stated that I was. When I queried this on the phone I was told that the cover for this was provided by One Call and not by the insurance company.
Confusing ?
I had emailed this and other queries to One Call. After 2 days I had received no acknowledgement so I telephoned and received this explanation.

Before my purchase I would have liked to no that tax would be added to the quote.
