I spoke to One Call representative Chelsea Eggerton regarding changes to my original application,Chelsea was well mannered, spoke clearly and concisely which was easy to follow and conveyed a relaxed and pleasant manner.Chelsea made a light hearted comment at one stage in our conversation, that put me at ease also.
I was informed at every stage of the procedure she was about to take and double checked that the information she received was correct.
The questions I asked were answered fully,she was astute and aware that time could have been a constraint and offered to call me back if I so desired, this was not necessary,I was asked at regular intervals if the information she was giving was clear enough, and was it acceptable, which it was.
I can only imagine the background support Chelsea had was reflected through her professionalism which allowed her to represent One Call to such a high standard in public relations.
This was a very pleasant experience,speaking to a very well informed and confident person who was efficient and well mannered.
