My above-neighbour leaked into flat causing the ceiling in kitchen to need complete replacement. The neighbour fully admitted liability, and admitted it took them 4 days to call a plumber to stop the leak.
LloydsTSB told team to admit nothing, and now are telling me that there is no proven negligence, so rejecting the claim.
Their customer service is hellish...I have called them at least a dozen times in this process, and they really do not appear to know their rear from their elbow.
I know plan to cancel all accounts and policies we hold with lloyds group (some for over 30 years), and appeal this via lawyer.
Avoid like the plague.
