It seem all insurance companies nowadays attempt to pray on customer inertia by adding 30% to premiums at renewal each year, which they then discount provided you call them up and threaten to cancel. Presumably a good percentage of customers get ripped off annually becuase of this. Unfortunately the whole industry is rotten and there is no alternative which is the only reason I use you. You are as bad and the banks and the engery companies. Disgusting.
