The Engineer, very kindly changed my Bath taps, but after he left, I went to run the bath water, but to my amazement, the water came out in a fast trickle ! the engineer said he didn't need to turn the water off at the stopcock, because there was a way of stopping the water by the taps . I would get down there myself but as I am disabled and find it very difficult to get on my knees, because of the pain I suffer , before the engineer very kindly changed the taps the water gushed out, I am not really complaining as the taps leaked, now they don't leak but it takes forever to fill the bath
