I have used Homeserve for 2 years for the CP12 landlord gas check and they are utterly appalling. Terrible customer service and communication is completely non existent. I have spent hours on the phone to try and coordinate the check to be done and then 3 weeks later still waiting for the certificate to be sent to me. I have since cancelled with Homeserve and I would advise anyone else to save themselves any stress and stay well clear of them. I am amazed they are still in business!
