The claims department repeatedly failed to call us back in the time period (5 working days) that they said they would. The report from their inspector took over two weeks to get entered into the system. So far they have only paid us half of what they said they would. The amount that they are going to pay is only about a fifth of the overall cost as according to them we are not insured for "sudden and unexpected" events, this only comes with the accidental cover.

It is now three weeks since I sent an email with a letter in attachment (letter put in the post) for which I have still not received any sort of response.

Still not getting anywhere. The floor inspector came 2 weeks ago and we've not heard any more.
