Far from satisfied with home protect. Phoned to add a laptop to my policy, they ended up charging me an extra £100 as my original policy had me down as living in a house share rather than my partner but apparently that makes my policy more expensive. I tried to cancel my cover but they had in their small print that I'm unable to get a refund on the first 6 months of my policy plus a cancellation charge of £50. No wonder insurance companies have a bad reputation. Wouldn't recommend them after my experience.
