I am a returning customer having my last insurance from Home Protect. The insurance renewal reminder came well in time which is much appreciated. However as it turned out, the renewal quote was not the best I was getting. After comparing in 3 to 4 price comparison sites, Home Protect became the value for money choice to me again. I got some near cheaper quotes but settled on Home Protect as I was accustomed to it. The pdf documents are very helpful but a ready link to them from the quote page would be great. The only reason for me giving a 4* instead of 5* is that the renewal quote could not price match and I had to spend time doing a re-quote . There were some changes but the official on the phone also could not do much.
Overall, I am happy to be back.
