Very easy to get a relevant quote, and prices are market leading.

The type of cover is wholly relevant especially due to living in a listed building for which cover can either be difficult to obtain, or be more expensive.

I've thankfully never had to make a claim so can't comment on that process.

Only reason for 4 stars is that the policy automatically renews even if payed up front using a credit/debit card, and if you miss the renewal letter they send, you can find yourself with an unexpectedly high credit card bill!
