The customer service representative who helped me with my application for a policy was excellent. I needed cover for my recently deceased father's house - lots of run-of-the-mill insurers were uninterested and unhelpful. When I spoke to the representative at HomeProtect, he was able to take me through everything and sort out exactly what I wanted. He was also friendly and supportive at a time when things were very difficult due to my bereavement. I would recommend this insurer to anyone - particularly if you need some specialist insurance.
