I have had the same policy on my whirlpool Prima oven for 10 yrs and D & G have repaired it twice. oven broke again and an engineer was booked, upon arrival was told my policy didn't cover my make of oven ! spent 2 hours on the phone trying to sort this through the laughingly called resolution line, was passed from pillar to post, was very frustrated. A local engineer has been and is coming tomorrow to hopefully repair, 5 days before Xmas, not good customer service. wrote to complain, no reply, what a surprise ! Don't recommend this company at all.
